Applied for job on indeed and received a phone call for an interview about 30 minutes later. Interview was set for the following week.
I arrived about 15 minutes early and was given a script to read.
First part of the interview was taking a mock phone call with the interviewer. After that it was standard interview questions. Was offered a job on the spot.

Interview
I'm normally a professional when it comes to being interviewed, but it did not appear that way on the other end. I was told to dress in business attire, so the average male would expect this to be a dress shirt and tie, but the person that interviewed me was dressed in street clothes, sported a ZZTop length beard and looked fresh out of high school. First thing that came to mind, how I am to take this interview serious? The professionalism was totally lacking, as the title "Claims Adjuster' seemed more like a bone thrown to the dog for what it was worth via the pay and title.
