The process was quite simple.the worst part comes during second round of interview (hr) its when they declare that u will be hired on contract basics and not on their payroll..also dey do not negotiate..they clearly tell u the offer they will give u and say you have to join in 1 month only else ur offer will be withdrawn..as if only we need the job
