Sailes interview questions

I received what remain the most florid introductory email I have ever received. "It's great to finally be connected!" Two weeks later the writer actually bothered to send the job description. (Moving offices was the excuse.) When the interview came, he couldn't be bothered to show up himself (so much for connecting) and sent a half-asleep subordinate. It went downhill from there.
