Completed the online application and was quickly emailed to book an interview. Once at the shop I was taken to a staff area for a one on one interview. They checked my right to work and asked a few basic questions.

It was a great interview process. They asked me many questions that I wasn’t expecting, but the interview was really polite and was caring and made sure that I didn’t feel any pressure.

Easy, walk little chat, sign some papers, job was explained to me and then they said keep an eye for the onboarding emails. Kept it low pressured and because it was during Covid I think they just needed people through the door to do the job

Asked questions not relevant to the role. Making too much small talk then defining unrealistic expectations.
Heard back relatively quickly - not from the hiring manager but got s phone call saying I got the role.
