Interview was good overall with transportation manager. Very laid back and personable. There was questions bout ins he couldn’t answer, and some pay questions he couldn’t or wouldn’t answer. Your paid by mileage, for pickups and deliveries and the amount of boxes you have to touch it down stack. Bad part is no dental and vision ins. 401k was unclear due to fact once after a yr ur enrolled he couldn’t tell me what or how much the company matched. Told him since no dental and vision and that I wear glasses and my wife has lupus and need the vision ins that could be a major difference. Told him I’d let him know in couple days. But said they needed someone to start as soon as possible. Will probably decline it cause of no vision and dental ins. Also no long term or short term disability offered, you do get paid for holiday pay but it’s by mileage and a 400 hundred mile trip is what they pay on top of the run Your currently doin. There is breakdown pay but couldn’t or wouldn’t elaborate on what it is.
