After finding out about the job opening through a friend, I emailed my resume and cover letter to the appropriate director. That day I received an email back setting up an interview. After the initial meeting, I prepared a small teaching activity for students.

Interview
Intense, fun, and organized day of active engagement with administration, faulty, and students.
In addition to guest teaching classes, you will meet with the department chair of the department, division director and academic dean, head of school, director of athletics, and depending on the position, up to four more SSES employees. You normally will also meet with current students and will have lunch with all members of the department to which you are applying.
