They try to convince that it is the best place to enhance your skill. They are best at motivating and manipualting. But reality is exactly the opposite. There is nothing good in this company. They simply keep on asking a fresher also what revenue can you generate. They never mention that it is a target based job. And inform it later when they have to pay the salary.
