After two interviews they ghosted for a full month before sending an email rejection. But I figured I dodged a bullet, because the second interview had the tone of interviewing for a gas station clerk, as far as the level of respect/professionalism. I also didn't realize until afterwards that their local reputation isn't too positive, along with the high turnover.
