First: phone Interview with HR. Second: group Interview with several different employees. Third: interview with Co-Founders. I need 30 words. The process was super simple. There is not much else to say.

Question 1
Very informal & conversational. I personally think I did a great interview and my contact told me I was a shoe-in and the co-founders told her they were hiring me. Then I did not receive an offer.
This candidate passed the first and second steps of our interview process, however did not pass the third and final step. The candidate did have some of the experience we were looking for, however the committee decided the candidate was not a culture fit. We do our best to be as open and transparent with our hiring process from beginning to end.
