I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Salesloft in Jan 2021
Interview
The hiring process was awesome. I learned a lot about the company and about the people. Throughout the process there was a clear care from everyone involved to make sure this would be a good fit on both ends. The discussions were thought provoking and challenging but were extremely helpful as well.
There is an openness to giving feedback throughout the entire process and advice for those who ask for it.
I went through a series of 3 interviews with a 4th one that was asked of me solely for the purpose of caring for my potential success and lastly a 90 second video sales pitch. The first interview was one with a recruiter, the second with a hiring manager, the last interview was a 2 hour interview broken into 3 sections: a top down with 2 hiring managers, a peer interview with 2 SDRs, and lastly a core values interview with 2 employees from other departments.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Salesloft (London, England)
Interview
The process is around 7/8 stages
Initial conversation with recruiter then various calls with head of business developments and revenue team.
Tom was the recruiter I worked with through this and couldn’t reeccomend him more! Amazing support the whole time
The calls aren’t necessarily difficult but ensure you have high knowledge of the company, the core values and the sales world as a whole.

I applied online. I interviewed at Salesloft (Denver, CO) in May 2021
Interview
It was the worst interview experience I’ve ever had. After interviews you won’t hear anything for days and if you email the recruiter for a follow up you won’t get an answer. There were days that I thought they even lost my application. I had 2 interviews and it took about 3 weeks just for the 2.
