very easy going, felt really good to get to know the managers and crew I would be working with. staff was very nice and super helpful, directing me to where I needed to be.

Overall Easy interview. Just wanted to see if I was capable of learning CRM and confident speaking on the phone. They wanted to be certain I could follow a script and handle the rebuttals involved with setting an appointment. They also wanted to be certain I would be ok with placing a receiving a high volume of calls and emails daily
