Phone screen. He showed up late, and was soon clear he didn't find me a good fit. Rather than be say so, he started answering e mails and paid no attention to the conversation. After 15 minutes of this nonsense, the feeling was mutual.

Interviews are exceptionally candid and transparent. Each interviewer was genuinely curious to learn about experiences at other companies and shared initiatives, challenges are ideas openly. A breath of fresh air.
