Pretty standard phone screening call, e.g. tell me about yourself, your faith background, your teaching experience, what gets you out of bed in the morning, where you see yourself in 5 years, etc.

Interview
Long interviewing process that lasted for two days. Overall, I did get a go idea of how the university and the department runs. The also scheduled time with a realtor which was very helpful to see how the city was laid out and housing options.
