Quite standard and professionally structured. I went through several rounds of interviews. The first was a screening interview — a very pleasant, high-level contextual discussion about my previous experience. The second was with my manager, where I had the chance to learn more about the role and explain how I would approach certain challenges based on my past experience.
The third round was the longest, but also quite interesting, as I met potential peers, as well as members of the commercial and engineering teams.
Finally, the last interview with the CPO was also focused on my experience and gave me the opportunity to ask more about the strategic aspects of the role.
