The company director turned up at my house and asked about my experience, before hounding my previous employers for a full run down on my work etc. After this, all he seemed interested in was whether i had the £1000 fidelity bond to give him before getting the pub. From what i can gather, i was very lucky to get this bond back after i decided to leave the company.
