I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at San Joaquin Valley College
Interview
3 rounds of interviews for this position. The first was more of a get to know you, understanding the pay scale and benefits offered if you were to be given the position. The second interview was done with the direct manager and consisted of questions based around customer service and ability to connect with others. The final interview was the only one conducted in person, and was done with the direct manager and the campus president. This interview consisted of more questions relating to customer service and education experience. I started to get the hint that this was going to be a more sales oriented position during the third interview.

Question 1
Do you have any sales related experience with a difficult customer and how did you handle it?
It was easy straight forward and really great energy, They did ask about my background experiences and education. It wasn't forced or anything felt like they liked me, it was a group setting.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at San Joaquin Valley College (Ontario, CA) in Jul 2024
Interview
Not too tough. But goals minded. The interview wasn’t too tough but just show you are personable and you’ll do fine. You’ll likely meet with 2-3 people during the interview process. There is a bit of turnover so be aware.
