Sanmina bought our facility from another company. We had to interview for the jobs we already had. Two interviewers, one from HR and one from Legal. No interest at all from them in helping us get a better position though several were available.It seemed to be the formality it was, and an excuse to get us to sign non-compete documentation. Basically, if we did not participate in this charade we would be deemed to have resigned. No negotiation occurred.
