Lengthy process, took 4 months from contact to hire. Interviewed with 8 people on initial plant visit. The interview did not include a plant tour, after 1 year on job, only 1 of interview panel was still employed with company.

HR called for the phone interview. After the phone interview, HR arranged the one on one interview with the hiring manager. If the hiring manager likes you, he will send you to site GM for interview and then the site HR director will finalize the contract.
