1st round is a psychometric test done online, quite simple. Afterwards, it would be an in-person case study assessment with 7 other candidates, 1 HR and 2 FT. It seems like the case study assessment had candidates from both the general and the finance track. We started off with self-introduction, followed by an individual task prioritisation, then you would be group up to discuss the task prioritisation. Afterwards, it was another group activity on operations management and you can ask the other groups questions, vice-versa. Last round is interview with management.
