I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Saturday Properties (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2024
Interview
This was the strangest interview experience I've ever had. They scheduled me for an interview, and then cancelled (calendar invitation) without saying anything. I assumed the position was filled, but looked to see it was still posted on their website. I took the initiative to reach back out a few days later and they said they could reschedule, so I did. For the interview, the interviewer was extremely short with me. They asked me two questions, to tell them about myself, and if I had any questions for them. It seemed like the person interviewing me was not usually the one to do the interviews, and maybe the interview was put onto their workload and they were not happy about it - be mindful this is just my assumption based on the interview conversation. I was told next step were that I'd get a call for a second interview, and I never head from them again.

Question 1
"Tell me about yourself" and "Do you have any questions for me?"
I applied online. I interviewed at Saturday Properties
Interview
Had a phone interview that lasted about 20 minutes and it went well. I was then asked to do a project to submit for the next round of interviews. I did the project and submitted it as they requested. I then received no acknowledgement of submitting the project and no follow up whatsoever. This is really frustrating after doing all the work for the project to only have radio silence back. No followup at all

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Saturday Properties (Minneapolis, MN) in Aug 2018
Interview
Applied online via the Saturday Properties website. Heard back the same week, and initial phone interview lasted 30 minutes. Fast forward ~2 weeks, I receive a phone call asking for an in-person interview for the next day.
When I arrived, I talked to the Concierge, and she seemed to enjoy the position and the managers. I am very confident in my answers and my experiences, but I really did not click with the interviewers - they were not as nice as I was expecting, especially from such an uppity area. They did not know how to answer my [generally basic] questions, and I considered walking out.
