Interview
The interview was virtual using WebEx. A few different hiring managers where on the call and took turns asking questions. The interview lasted about an hour with the last few minutes reserved for me to ask questions.

A lot of the questions were personality based, some technically based like; "Please describe a difficult design project", but most of the questions were centered around collaboration, team work, and mentoring.
