Interview
If only the customers knew what kind of operation is being held at the back...
Information overload during Talent screening. Interview was a no show (didn't even have the hiring manager in the call), leading to short notice rescheduling. No contact for weeks, even when chased. Template rejection email. Ghosted when requesting feedback. So incredibly selfish. Is this what Talent has become?

Interview
One video call with the business partner which lasted about 20 minutes. I have then being progressed to the following step which was with the hiring manager and I must admit it took forever to arrange. Once arranged finally, I have been basically talking to myself the whole time as the interviewer was clearly distracted reading and replying to messages rather than listening to what I was saying. Complete waste of time. I then followed up with the HR to ask for feedback and being ghosted (as imagined, given the whole joke of a process until that point).

Interview
Very friendly interview stages. Had a task to work on and then interviewed with a manager and a leadership member. I felt like I was kept up to date on the hiring process and was always able to reach out at any stage with any questions.
