I applied in-person. I interviewed at Savers (Winnipeg, MB) in May 2014
Interview
Really basic questions, pretty easy. Just be competent. It always helps to prepare for standard questions before an interview, and if you do that you should be totally fine. The management wasn't great though, and while they were kind during interviews, they really treat their employees and especially the middle management like garbage

Interview
I applied for the job online and also dropped off my resume. They quickly scheduled two interviews with different managers, who were very nice. Unfortunately, I wasn't accepted because I needed to attend university six days a month, and they required a full-time commitment without other obligations.
