Amazing. I had three Interviews, all were very friendly and open to feedback.
1st with HR to check fit in the company
2nd Manager - Regular Interview with an human, they only want to get to know you and check some technical background
3rd Business Case. I put a lot of effort in the content but i felt they were more interested in the way I presented

Technical, mostly in project Management and Agile methods
Very good and calm interview with 3 rounds and a final round em with client who needs exceptional German skills and later got rejected but everything was super fast and good

zuerstens bekamm ich einen Anruf und nach dem kurzen Gespräch wurde ich eine Einladung zum Interview bekommen. Ich habe mit den Kollegen über die allgemeinen Fragen diskutiert. Dazwischen war der Interviewer sehr nett, und suchte die Möglichkeit für meine potenzielle Einstieg. Das ist ein Gespräch, dass das Unternehmen mich besser kennenlernt. Ich warte auf die Rückmeldung für das nächste Gespräch
