I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Scan.com (London, England) in Oct 2023
Interview
Everyone who interviewed me was SO lovely. They offered a relaxing and open process for what is often a pretty stressful time. The first interview was with their People Lead who is the most positive bubbly person you'll ever meet in an interview. I then had 2 more interviews based on the role and tasks. My final interview was a culture based interview with the Managing Director and Head of my team.

Question 1
There were no surprise questions really, everything was pretty standard for the role (which is great): Why the company, why the role, why a startup, what are your best and most challenging traits.
My task was based on finding leads and a mock call.
