No official interview. I met with the MLO at a restaurant for lunch. We chatted about personality and goals. No real assessment of skills, knowledge, or abilities. From there he said they would call by the end of next week. No call. No e-mail. SOF just ghosted me. I had to call them back. Terrible!!!
