Completed in-store application and handed it in to a manager. I was asked why I was interested in working with Scheels. I then took a knowledge test over math, store products, and writing skills. Received a phone call within a week. Scheels does 2 interview process but I had one interview due to them being busy.

Interview
Typically 3 interviews - on the phone and two in person. Length of process is average - not too quick not too long. Meet with HR and someone from the area
Fairly in-depth. They take applications seriously and want good quality people working for them. Be yourself, your best self, for your interviews, at least 2 of them. There were 3 interviews for me, and they took a couple of weeks and I had to be the one to call and move the process along.

How would I handle a customer that was unhappy with the service they received?
The interview process for Scheels is extensive, even for part time work. Two interviews were required prior to an offer. This interview process was one I had not yet been part of.
