A 2 step interview process you will take a test over basic things. Everyone that you will interview with is very nice and easy to talk to. you will meet at the nolan ryan statue and they will come and get you after you checked in with Costumer service.

Interview
It consisted of two interviews as well as a drug test, background check, and worksheet with basic math and definitions of company values. The first interview was around an hour long and the second was about 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

Where does Scheels fit in your long or short term goals?
Phone interview, then in person interview, followed by one more in person interview. The phone interview was a lot more get to know you than difficult questions. The in person interview was a little more difficult and had some good thought provoking questions.
