First, an initial call with HR, which lasted for 15min. After this, I completed the Watson Glaser test before I was given a written assessment, which was to inspect and verify the contents of an email using open sources.

Interview
This was a four-stage interview process, with one psychological and critical thinking test that took 30 mins of preparation and 30 more minutes to do, and a case-study assessment that took 3 hours.
