Interview
The interview went very well. I hit it off with the hiring manager on both past work experiences as well as personal hobbies. I was at the office for several hours, I was also introduced to the team I would be working with.
I was promised opportunities to travel to/work with the other international offices, which never panned out later.

Question 1
Do you plan on committing "x" amount of years to this role.
Had an interview with several people over the course of a day. It was with the head of the department and manager of the department. Overall, it was a pretty good experience
There was a single in-person interview. There were 4 people who interviewed me (my manager and 3 of my team members). Fairly quick interview with general questions. After the interview, one of them toured me around the factory and introduced me to the people working there.
I was brought in for a whole day interview with several people from the engineering team that I would be working with. I talked to the head of the department, the engineer project manager as well as several engineers who are currently on the team before talking to a HR representative.
