TBH the recruiter kept making excuses to miss the interview. it got tedious and I did not even want to apply and interview anymore. The recruiter was very unprofessional throughout the interview set and process
The recruiter ghosted me after making multiple mistakes with scheduling my interview. They were not professional and seemed to not be able to do their job correctly. Doesn't seem like a pleasant company to work at.

Interview
After submitting my resume, I was contacted by a team member. he seemed to be part of the development team, rather than HR, which was nice. We had a pleasant phone conversation that was a pretty typical interview. He then forwarded me a coding test via Code Signal. This was a HUGE improvement over the "code tests" (aka free work) that other companies have been giving me.
