Interview
It was pleasant and friendly. The questions were related to what I was saying, but quite creative. My impression is that they wanted to see how you reasoned more than being right or wrong. They seemed genuinely interested in how I think through complex issues, and often followed up on my answers to explore my logic further. It felt more like a conversation than a test, which made the atmosphere relaxed but still intellectually stimulating.
