Didn't have the chance to make it to the interview. HR wasn't providing the salary for this position, after asking about it, stating that the salary was going to be based on an individual's skills and at the end of the interview process, basically expecting me to spend 3+ hours in assessments (first) and interviews and only to find out at the end if we were financially compatible. Zero value for every candidates personal time.
