Interview
The interview process is difficult and applicants should carefully read the application package. There is a new process since I applied and you need to be prepared to spend a significant time preparing for a two stage process where there is an initial sift following by an interview if you make it to that stage.

Competency based questions were used. Answers to these questions need to be in a STARR format. For example, you must outline the Situation, Task, Action, Result and Reflection in order.
