Usually 3 interviews- important to do research and come prepared on who is interviewing you. They like to know how you will interact with people as it’s very people facing.

It took me 1 year to get the job, interviewed with 5 people for more Than 5 months, then they told me they won't considered me because they found someone with more experience. They called me 3 months after (8 months total) to offer me the job

Interview process moved so quickly which was awesome. Applied online through LinkedIn > first set up phone screening > after passing that had virtual interview > after moving on had in person interview > offer
2 zooms with Scout Executive and manager of program over the council. It is fairly quick. I was asked about my experience, working with volunteers, nonprofits and youth. There were benefits I explained along with pay, etc. The time commitment was totally dishonest, along with many of the other tasks.
