Took a while to arrange the interview, felt a bit unease. Got asked if English is my first language? Eventhough its already in my cv. I understand that good communication skills is important but what do I have to do to prove English is my first language? I've done my HS in the UK, Bachelors and MSc so not really sure what they are implying. Might be biased?

The interview process starts with formal telephonic round followed by next round which is the presentation of task allocated through the Director/Manager (interviewer). The final round is again the telephonic round over teams/google meet.

Question 1
Normal questions on the basis of STAR technique. Interview questions were normal and easy to answer but what I believe now is that they open up a vacancy whenever they have a new project in the pocket. takes out ideas ( as number of people apply for a role) and choose the best idea. Then, they freeze the hiring without actually offering anybody a offer letter. Worst experience so far. I was skeptical about it since day one but now I am 100% sure that's what is their best business practice.
