First off, thank you for writing a review and being honest about how you see things. We love hearing about how people experience our hiring process because it gives us a very valuable way to improve it.
That being said, I have worked at this company a long time, and interviewed every single person we have hired. I have helped create the hiring processes (not all of things we have done worked, as we found out), but all the things you mentioned are news to me.
If anyone in this tribe played the games you mentioned, not only would that be inappropriate, but we would need to have a serious discussion about whether they should be involved in the hiring process, or the tribe overall.
Did anyone explicitly tell you they were playing these games? If so, please reach out and let us know - that is unacceptable.

If they did not tell you this, could you please let us know why exactly you think our hiring process is about playing games? I can tell you that it is not designed that way at all.
