Scribe Solutions interview questions

I applied online and was notified about an interview 2 weeks later. There were about 8 -10 people in the room and we all took turns talking about ourselves and why we wanted to work as a medical scribe. Then we took a written and medical terminology spelling test to see if you form coherent thoughts and spell without spell-checker. The medical terminology were randomly picked, so there was no way to study for the exam before hand. Then we filled out an availability sheet and those who did well during the interview process were contacted the next day.

Group interview. Arrive on time. If you are late, you are immediately excluded, no exceptions. Interview was about an hour long, with everyone answering 1 question at a time related to: Why do you want to be a scribe? What experience do you have? What qualities do you possess that make you qualified? Very standard questions that should be easy to prepare for. You are then given an essay to write so they can assess your writing abilities.
