I had gotten an email telling me when it was mandatory for an interview. They did not even ask me when I could make it. I asked if I could do a phone interview as I was out of town. We set up a time to talk and interview and they never called me. I waited about 45 minutes, and then I emailed their HR department person I had been dealing with and asked them if there was an issue and if we needed to reschedule the phone interview. It has been a week since I emailed HR, and I got nothing back. They were very responsive until they forgot to interview me, then they just ignored me. Pathetic.
