Salary was not disclosed until the very end of the interview nor was it posted with the job description. It was incredibly lower then I assumed. 45K/yr is insulting for a position like this. If I had known what it was upfront I would not have even applied, or if I was told at the beginning of the interview I would not have continued and wasted 30 mins of my day. The interviewer also seemed distracted and uninterested. She applied lipgloss in the middle of it...that was a first. She asked me multiple times if I have experience with Salesforce and I have quite a bit which I explained more then once. Salesforce is even in one of my job titles on my resume, that she said she had pulled up but clearly wasn't looking at. As soon as I asked about pay and I stated what I was looking for she wrapped up the conversation awkwardly, said they can't go that high and that was it. I should have been told at the beginning of the interview, as I was clearly over qualified. If she would have looked at my resume beforehand she would have known that and I could have saved myself a half hour of awkward conversation. Disappointing experience. Would not even recommend applying, there are a lot more professional start ups out there!
