It was a short 30 minute phone interview with the recruiting manager. Mostly talked about my past job and academic experiences. Most of the questions were directed towards working in a sales based environment.

The interview overall was not bad. It was very cool and calming. When I asked about the job role I feel that it appears as if the job was a door to door sales. As a company that prefers someone with a Bachelor's degree for this role it just doesn't seem to be acceptable.
