Very thorough, talked with two different recruiters and conducted three separate interviews. Very professional throughout the interview process. Long talks on the phone, through video streaming and various tests. Definitely not just a phone call and a handshake.

Interview
Simple three step process whereby a recruiter calls and pre-screens you, an initial interview with mid-level management and then a second interview with a company leader. The recruiter was open and honest about the position duties and requirements and provided a great deal of information about the company.
