Interview
First phone interview, was late. Raul, was busy, said time-zone was the issue. Met all credentials, had face-to-face interview. Raul was very good, systematic. A top shelf confectionary should treat people better. Disappointed, but not surprised.
After a phone screening, you may be invited for an in person interview with other store management. The district manager may or may not be present. Depending on how many other interviews are scheduled, deliberation may take anywhere from a few days to a couple weeks.

Phone interview with District Manager, Interview face to face with Store Manager and District Manager, Telephone interview with Regional Manager. Whole range of question's over the 3 stages. I enjoyed it and was disappointed it went to an internal candidate.
