I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Segal (Chicago, IL) in Dec 2010
Interview
There was two phone interviews, followed by a final-round interview in the office, which was actually 4 interviews in a row. One was a case-study, one was an excel process test, one was kind of personality related, and one was two people asking traditional grilling behavioral scenario interview questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Segal (New York, NY) in Apr 2017
Interview
It was a single day interview. I am glad it was because it was efficient. Met with about 5 people. Enjoyed the conversations and everybody was very professional. Better than other interviews I’ve been on.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Segal
Interview
Multiple stages. Screening phone interview, multiple phone interviews with current employees, on-site interview with several people, on-site case study, and a lunch outing. It is a very long process (over 90 days) and you may need to entertain multiple job interviews concurrently. You can learn a lot from this process, but don't think you've won until you have signed paperwork!
