Select Management Group interview questions

The interview was unclear and at times uncomfortable due to the interviewer's reiterated comments mentioned by the interviewee in a non-kind manner. The interviewer didn't show much empathy or ask why the candidate would be a good fit for the job. The interview didn't seem like it was in the best interest of both parties, the interviewee & the company. No feedback or constructive criticism was provided as to why the role wasn't extended.
