Interview
Personal, thorough, and timely. I heard back after my application within a week, set up an interview and met with a supervisor. I went back in the following week to meet with her supervisor; the staff was incredibly friendly and seemed like nice people. It was a thorough interview, but less intimidating than a lot of others.
It was a very concise and effective interview process. I met with the current HR contact and interviewed with them, as well as a few of the operational contacts within the hospital. It was helpful to understand the position and how it interacts with the rest of the facility.

Interview
It consisted of three phone interviews. A phone Screen with a recruiter, a phone screen with the hospital level staff, and a phone interview with the regional level. Very quick overall.

Describe a time when you had to deal with a difficult employee.
Phone interview, lasted about 20 minutes. Recruiter was very professional throughout the interview, however, never followed up on the position, even after stating during the phone interview that she would. I called a week later to check on the status and never received a return phone call.
