We understand the importance of flexibility, candidates schedule their call using an interview calendar link, and confirm beforehand that these calls will take approximately 15 minutes. The follow up email regarding approval or rejection to the Expert Network is sent by the end of that same week. The goal of the Expert Network’s screening call is to learn more about an Individual Freelancer or a Boutique Agency that isn’t necessarily shared on their website or portfolio. The conversation cover topics such as a candidate’s professional experiences, preferred industries/clients, highest rated services and in some cases, team dynamic. Unlike our competitors, we do not add people to our Expert Network simply because they may have experience or match a specific job request. Candidates are interviewing for the opportunity to join the network overall and be matched with customers whose needs fit their communication style, experience, and skill-level. Before each call ends, our interviewers explain that the candidate’s profile will then be forwarded to the Operations Team for final approval.
