I don't think it's good business practice to ghost people after you've spoken with them. The interviewer was pleasant enough but after you've spoken to someone multiple times, the least you could do is send a "thanks but no thanks" email. Job seekers take off of work in order to speak with you. Have common courtesy and show some class.
