2 stage interview, the first with the internal recruiter & the second with the proposed manager & their manager. Run though standard questions including follow up questions from the initial interview

Firstly there was a phone call with the recruitment officer and then a meeting with the head of the recruitment team. The interview was 35 minutes long and was a competency-based interview in person. The head of the team ran through a few standard questions. The focus was mainly on staying power, motivation and whether or not I was a good fit for the team.
