The conversation lasted approximately 30 minutes, and it was the most owful conversation i ever experienced in Sweden. Rather than engaging in a constructive dialogue, the interviewer repeatedly criticized the entirety of my professional background and downplayed my past contributions. I found it difficult to share my perspective; the discussion often felt one‑sided, with the interviewer more focused on asserting his own views than understanding mine. The feedback I received was delivered harshly—it called into question my industry knowledge and even my intellectual abilities in a way I found unprofessional and discouraging. By the end of the interview, I felt defensive and unable to showcase my true capabilities, which I’m sure was not the intended outcome.
